What is your contract length?

we never want anyone to feel trapped in a contact. we run our business on a month-to-month basis.

When will we be in contact?

we always have open lines of communication and you’re welcome to contact us at any point. However, you will recieve a report via email reviewing how your accounts performed the past month and we will have a formal meeting once a month.

how often will you be filming for content creation?

we will be scheduling time once a month for us to come out and film content on site. If we ever need more content or need to film a special occasion, we can make special accomodations for that on a need as basis.

how are your packages set up?

we offer four different packages. each service has its own package - content creation, platform management and digital ads. that way, if you only need one service, you are only paying for that one specific service. we can also bundle two services or we have a package that bundles all of the servies we offer. it is truly customized to your needs. we can start small if you need to or we to take on everything at once.

how many businesses in my specialty will you be working with?

besides our customized plans and ability to work with small businesses, we think the number one aspect that makes us stand apart from other agencies is our loyalty. we will only partner with one business per specialty.
